Liked: Vehicle was what we had reserved. Done better: I had tried to include insurance when making reservation. However, at pick up was not insured.

Fast pick-up. Car was better than expected. Check in was Super Fast. Overall great experience.

1- The price I was quoted on PRICELINE WAS 853$ and when I looked at my cc statement u charged me $1200!!!!! WHY???? I had a copy of my reservation and quote with me… 2- The NAV SYSTEM did NOT WORK all the time. We had no radio either. 3- The tires were NOT FIT for rain and 4- I was very disappointed that when I brought the car back that I was NOT OFFERED A REBATE FOR THESE PROBLEMS WITH VEHICULE.

Hertz declined to provide me the car that I reserved online, stating that they “stopped accepting online reservations” due to the historic SWA failure. They should be ashamed of themselves. Will never use their company againz

The ease of service was fantastic. What I like about hertz is yea it is slightly more expensive but you don’t get that last minute pressure to buy the fake inflated insurance at an extra cost we all know is fake.

We didnt even get our rental. When I made the reservation weeks in advance i included the flight number and spoke with a hertz representitive about the change to our flight time. I was told we would still be able to pick up our rental when we got to the airport at 1am. I tried using their "easy step" app to check in an it kept booting me out then told me i needed to speak with an agent. Come to find out there was no agent available till 7am. Spent 45 minutes trying to find a way to pick up our rental so we could get rest after a full day of flying. Finally get someone on the line an the best they can do for me is tell me to wait for an agent thatll be there at 7am. Worst experience i have ever had especially with the fact that i spoke with an agent 3 months before our flight to verify that we would be able to get our car. They set us up for failure to keep the money i was paying them rather than being honest and saying we wouldnt be able to pick up a car. I had to go to another rental service in order to get our BnB so we could get some sleep. Will never be going through Hertz again.

Buick Encore has a very awkward USB charging port with no charging pad as an option. Rental return was not good—Nashville Int charged for an additional four hours though it was returned on time, and fuel refill when it was returned full. Disappointed.

For a 6am pickup only 1 counter person for 3 rental companies. Started out in a Hertz line and when the Thrifty clerk arrive had to start over in their line. When i reached the front of the line a 3rd newly arrived clerk asked me back to a Hertz terminal. This took what felt like over a half hour. I realize the clerks may not work for the individual rental companies but observed once there was enough staff the lines disappeared. Returning the car was easy enough. No staff was there, just leave the keys and note the milage.

no one would ever assist me on the phone or in person….when i went to pick up my car no one was working. I had to dispute my charge and rent from another place. Worst experience ever. Will never never rent from Dollar again.

Drop off was easy. Pick up was a long affair that involved a slow network/downed computers, having to scan my license three times before it worked, and then waiting 20 minutes in line to leave the rental car area because only 1 of 6 lanes was open and staffed.

The gentleman that attended me was so nice, although I started with a shitty attitude he quickly turned it around

I showed up for my confirmed car reservation and they had no more cars!!! They had given it away. I had a huge business meeting and it took me 2 hours to find another car - all were sold out at airport. I will not use Kayak or Payless again!!!!

No clue where Payless desk was in Nashville. Not a single sign anywhere. Wasted 20 minutes walking aimlessly looking for their desk which ended up being Budget/Avis desk.
